Shipping & Warranty:

ScooterWholeSales offers a 1 year free part warranty on the motor, battery, control box, throttle & computer display. All other parts of the scooter has a 6 month warranty.  This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. If you have questions about our warranty, please e-mail us. SCOOTERS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVE THE SCOOTER & IT MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION & AUTHORIZED BEFORE BEING RETURNED. During the free part warranty period, provide you with free parts and we pay the shipping cost on the warranted parts to your house.  There is a 10% restock fee on all scooters returned if they are used, if the scooter is unused then this fee is waived.  Any scooter that was assembled and ridden is a used scooter.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
